Rana has been the change agent that my body has been so desperately searching for!! As a gym junkie, I’ve tried it all… A-Z!, you name it! When you take a session with Rana she will make you feel like a million bucks. She is extremely knowledgable, educated and well versed in pilates and the body. She gives you her undivided attention and makes sure you’re getting the most out of your session. I’ve taken group sessions before and this just doesn’t compare AT ALL. Rana noticed I had less mobility in my left leg when pointed inward, and because of her education, knowledge and her attention to detail, we are working on strengthening those muscles.
